Living sector investment specialist Gatehouse Investment Management has strengthened its structuring team with the recruitment of Bolun Topham as an analyst.
In his new role, Bolun will be working on Gatehouse IM’s existing mandates from firms such as TPG Real Estate Partners and Carlyle Group, in addition to supporting the team on wider initiatives and reporting. Bolun has recently completed an MS in Real Estate at Bayes Business School.
Gatehouse IM has created four single-family rental (SFR) platforms, delivering over 3,250 homes with a further 600 currently under development. Alongside Ascend, the UK’s largest third-party operator of SFR homes, Gatehouse IM is part of Gatehouse Living Group, a vertically-integrated residential real estate investment and management platform with a unique market position and unrivalled track record.
