John Coles, Head of Acquisitions at Gatehouse Investment Management, has joined the Association for Rental Living (ARL), representing Gatehouse Investment Management on the organisation’s Single Family Housing Committee.
In his new role, John will be working with the wider committee to help drive mutual understanding and collaboration between investors, operators and housebuilders, with a particular focus on partnerships, risk-sharing, specification and financial modelling. In addition, the committee works to develop engagement with policy makers across all levels of Government.
