Gatehouse Investment Manager has established relationships with some of the UK’s leading housebuilders. Start Living was launched with a substantial seed portfolio of sites working in partnership with these developers. The Joint Venture remains acquisitive and has an ambition to create a significant portfolio of sites in the coming years.
Start Living’s first units were delivered in May 2022, with additional sites under construction. We are investing in thoughtfully designed, located and professionally managed neighbourhoods in areas with high rental demand.
Ascend Properties are the Start Living property management partner. The delivered units are to be launched and operated under the Start Living platform with a focus on community engagement and sustainability.
