Living sector specialist Gatehouse Investment Management has strengthened its team with the recruitment of Yasmin Collins as Acquisitions Manager.
In her new role, Yasmin will be working closely with Gatehouse IM’s joint venture and housebuilder partners to identify and acquire new locations and homes for the firm’s single-family rental (SFR) portfolios. Gatehouse IM forward purchased more than 1,500 homes for its SFR platforms over the past year and remains highly acquisitive in the sector.
Yasmin joins from JLL, where she worked within the firm’s BTR Capital Markets team, and has considerable experience across the residential and BTR sectors including development consultancy, valuations, agency and investment.
Gatehouse IM has created five SFR platforms – and disposed of two, in benchmark sales for the sector – delivering more than 5,000 high-quality homes nationwide. Alongside Ascend, the UK’s largest third-party operator of SFR, Gatehouse IM is part of Gatehouse Living Group, a vertically-integrated residential real estate investment and management platform with a unique market position and unrivalled track record.
