Gatehouse Living Group, alongside its JV partner TPG Real Estate, has sold the 610-home Start Living single-family rental portfolio to Lloyds Living.
The transaction is Gatehouse Living Group’s third successful disposal of a stabilised SFR platform.
The portfolio includes 578 two-to-four-bedroom homes and 32 low-rise apartments located across the West Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Merseyside. All homes have an EPC rating of ‘B’ or higher, putting them in the top 10% for energy efficiency.
Ascend, the UK’s largest third-party operator of SFR, will continue to property manage the homes.
