Living sector specialist Gatehouse Investment Management has strengthened its team with the recruitment of Jasmin Dwyer as Development Manager.
In her new role, Jasmin will be working closely with Gatehouse IM’s housebuilder and joint venture partners to manage the smooth delivery and onboarding of new homes for the firm’s single-family rental (SFR) portfolios. Gatehouse IM acquired more than 1,000 homes for its SFR platforms over the past year, with further growth scheduled for 2025.
Jasmin holds considerable expertise in the residential development sector, having previously been Development Manager for Vistry in its North East Midlands division. During her time with Vistry and Countryside prior to its acquisition by Vistry, she worked closely with institutional buyers as part of the housebuilder’s partnership model.
Gatehouse IM has created five single-family rental (SFR) platforms – and disposed of two, in benchmark sales for the sector – delivering over 4,650 high-quality homes nationwide. Alongside Ascend, the UK’s largest third-party operator of SFR, Gatehouse IM is part of Gatehouse Living Group, a vertically-integrated residential real estate investment and management platform with a unique market position and unrivalled track record.
