Single-family build-to-rent specialist Gatehouse Investment Management has strengthened its structuring team with the recruitment of Megha Sharma as an analyst.
In her new role, Megha will be working on Gatehouse IM’s existing mandates from firms such as TPG Real Estate Partners, Carlyle Group and the Kuwait Investment Authority, in addition to supporting the team on wider initiatives and reporting.
Megha has previously worked with a number of leading investment management companies, including Brookfield Properties and PGIM Real Estate.
Gatehouse IM has created four rental platforms and acquired over 2,850 Single-family homes with a further pipeline of homes under construction.
