Gatehouse Living Group, the vertically-integrated residential real estate investment and management platform, has been shortlisted in the Asset Manager of the Year category for the RESI Awards 2025.
In addition, Ascend – part of Gatehouse Living Group, and the UK’s largest third-party operator of single-family rental homes – is a finalist in two categories: Property Manager of the Year and Residential PropTech Innovation of the Year.
